"How long will it take to receive my order?"
Your order will usually be shipped within 3-5 business days, but please allow for up to 7 days to ship as I run this business alone. Once the order has shipped within the UK it can take 2-3 days to arrive an internationally sometimes up to three/four weeks depending on how well the postal service is running. (this is due to the current climate as we have to take into consideration delays surrounding COVID19)
"Will my order come with tracking info?"
I send all original art orders with tracking but prints and any other smaller priced items are sent with proof of postage only (if you'd like tracked shipping please request it before ordering)
"I bought an original or a print. Does that mean I own the copyright?"
No, it does not. You own the painting/print, but not the copyright. This means that it is illegal for you to reproduce the painting/print for profit or to use the image in any way without my explicit permission.
