Return and exchange policy
Once a print or original has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
If an order arrives damaged please document the damage and email me at [email protected] within 2 weeks of arrival. I will arrange to send you a replacement order if it's a print (free of charge). On the other hand, If it is a framed print this can only be replaced provided that you cover the shipping cost.
If an original piece of artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately so that I can contact the insurance provider (Some international orders do not include insurance, depending on the destination). I aim to work with you so that we can get the issue solved promptly.
